libchasen2 software package provides Japanese Morphological Analysis System (shared libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchasen2
libchasen2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchasen2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchasen2 *
You will get with libchasen2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
